Drop Test of Loaded Containers

The test is performed using the following method:

1. The carton box is sealed firmly, using adhesive tapes.
2. The sample under test is then, placed on the placement stage, in a specific direction or in a flat manner, as specified by the standard or the buyer.
3. Fix the drop height according to ISTA standard or as per industry requirements.
4. The handle of the Drop Testing machine is released to drop the box.
5. The impact of the test is visually examined by opening the package and inspecting the contents.
